The Bentley lists 3.1 for a few years, but not for California cars. So presumably if it has EGR it won't have 3.1.

But uh.. is the LH-Jet 3.1 TPS not adjustable? I guess if it's not, it's time to go straight to the other possibilities.. like the idle motor or a vaccum leak.
