Yes, it would be a great upgrade adding to the value. I am going to do the same to mine and have the engine (B21FT) already, acquired from a turbo that was restored and wrecked. Definitely go for it and take advantage of the huge interchangeability of 240s. If you go to a B230FT you have to deal with the rear distributor but that can be done as well.
