Engine mount questions 700 1985

Yes this one is a turbo, and I am not going to change the mounts myself. I am not that well equipped with tools, etc so I am reluctant to do the really heavy stuff myself. I found a local garage that seems pretty good on the Volvo's and ok on the labor, but I have been doing everything that I can do myself when feasible.
