Volvo Problem Solver Book 200

Anyone know where I can purchase a used copy of the "Volvo Problem Solver" book that IPD sells? Don't want to pay $65 for a new one, but would pay $15-20 for a used one. Couldn't find any on E-Bay. Appreciate any help.
