It Has to be the EFI Control unit 140-160 1973

'Mechanic',
I have noticed the ECM has a good deal of corrosion on the exterior. I have unplugged it to troubleshoot the wiring harness (end to end wire checking). I didn't clean the PCB contacts though (looked clean), I will try that when I get home this evening. I am going to put the ECM on my bench later to test the relay contacts and start reading internal component characteristics. From what I've seen, everything inside the ECM is solid-state electronics from-73' (basic stuff- not very difficult)
