Update, Found turbo problem! Plesae help ID this part.

There is no hard tube between the intercooler and the throttle body. There is a soft hose (pre-formed rubber) off the intercooler that leads to a hard hose (I think its actually aluminum) that leads to another short soft hose that connects to the TB.

The hose you mention is a down hose that leads to the IAC. So yes, you are correct.

I don't know of any source for hoses exactly like those... the hose you mention is one of the rubber but wrapped in other material hoses that are usually used on the cooling system. Make sure whatever hose you use can maintain its shape under pressure or vacuum.
