Is rod knock likely at 106K?

One think to remember is that 230ft are prone to throwing a rod when taken to high boost, which maybe the case here. I saw a similar 88 with the same, something was array in the engine, along with a bad head gasket.

It's not hard to remove the engine at all. And engine work on b230's is simple and straight forward. Remove it and take it to a machine shop.
