weird power steering vibration

Kevin,
Did you spill brake fluid on the PS belt? Is it oil soaked or loose? If the pump belt is slipping it can cause a racheting when turning. Also check the PS fluid level.

A broken belt in a tire or low tire pressure can make a "wobble" feel in the steering wheel at lower speeds.

Good Luck,

Brian
