Concerned synchros are failing

Reverse doesn't grind (this is bad I guess, clutch adjustment would be easiest). Also it's not at stoplights but when the car is in motion. So, the only simple thing left I think is the tranny oil. I'm going to contact the PO to get the rest of the service records and see if it's ever been changed. I'll change it anyway, and put in some good oil, hope that will probably help some. I think it was driven hard, the PO said it was "fun on the weekends". Good old Volvo :)
