Radiator removal/installation HELP PLEASE! (GETTING STEAMED)

One other thing I hear the mechanical fan from time to time (roaring sounds), but the electrical never, never even seen it rotate. Again this area of seepage is very minute, and i would like to just have it repaired if possible.
