How long can I count on the radiator in my 960

IMHO, you're living on borrowed time, bro. Go ahead and get a new OEM-style rad from fcpgroton. They work great for 8 years or so, then you need to replace. The Nissens OEM-style (plastic tanks) rad I got from fcpgroton costs like $190, and was outstanding quality. Might as well replace your hoses, t-stat, and heater control valve while you are at it, fcpgroton has this stuff for cheap.
