Electrical Problem Fuse Number 9 keep Blowing

Take a hard look at the wires in these circuits that can chafe. One suspect is the wiring bundle in each door going through the rubber boots to the switches. Just because you disconnected the switch itself does not deactivate the circuit: the wire going to the switch is still positive 12V.
