Dash lights are out S90-V90 1996

The dash lights are all out on my 960. These are the lights that illuminate the switches, including the tranny selector. The lights that illuminate the instrument panel work fine, although when I turn the dimmer thumbwheel it turns but the lights don't dim. Anyone got a good idea of what might be causing this and where I should start troubleshooting?
