“Deterrent” needed for errand tailgaters?

Yeah I like the spy hunter theme! I think that a smoke screen would be a good non lethal deterrant. How about a dash mounted switch that controls a strobe light rear ward face to daze the sucker that is 3 inches from your bumper, while you are driving your kids to school in the morning. My wife thinks that a dummy roof mounted bike ie eject-a-bike would be cool. Though I'd prefer something that wasn't going to get anyone hurt like a rear washer that was fitted with a straight squiter to squit the 18 yr old tailgaiter driving their honda/nissan.
