If I had the choice of a 242 or a 780, I'd go with the 780 just because it's so rare. Not that the 242's aren't rare, but they DO look just like every other 240. The 780 is really different. Also, the 780 is extremely luxurious and wider/lower. Probably less rusty too.
After all though, I've got a 242 project. No 780's found yet.
