There is, I think, good info on seals in the FAQ. Take a small and the large seal to a hardware store and get PVC fittings to use when driving them in. I don't remember what size, but there will be ones that will work.
Removing the old seals is not difficult. A small flat tip screwdriver will work. What won't work is applying so much pressure that the screwdriver slips and scratches the bearing area on the shaft. That will leak for sure. A scratch can be removed by sanding down with 400 grit wet-or-dry emery paper, and working on it for two or three hours. "Nuf said?" DAMHIK
Oil up the seals thoroughly before installing, and be sure the lip is properly on the shaft before driving it in. That's why the extra small seal. If you mess one up, you can still finish the job. The cam and I-shaft seals are the same. Do the crank seal last, when you kow how its done.
A shop manual is almost essential. Do you have one?
Good Luck,
Bob
