LSD for 744 700

I am familiar with the Detroit Locker. A friend has one in his water pumper dune buggy powered by a Ford 460. The Detroit Locker was a factory option in Ford trucks in the 1950s, and maybe later. That is what Don has in the nine inch Ford rear end in his dune buggy. For his off road use it is great, and it handles the 400 plus horsepower and C6 shifts without trouble. I don't want one of those for my street driving.
