Check Engine light 200

Check engine light keeps coming on, although there seems to be no problems in the ECU codes. I have a 1991 240. If I run the various ECU tests (on terminal #2 and terminal #6), I get 1-1-1 for Terminal #6 and nothing for terminal #2. I have tried clearing out the ECU, but that does not seem to clear whatever is tripping the "check engine" light. Is there anything else I should be checking? Thanks,
