Oil In the Intercooler

A certain amount of oil in the intercooler is not unusual - that's why the drain plug is there. I guess it would be a problem if you are finding excess amounts, but a little bit is acceptable. I remove and clean my intercooler out once a year - drain out the oil (around one cup or 250ml). Also, I thoroughly spray the fins to remove dust and road crap.
