Help! I need to know what to look at on an old head?

Dick -

I have a B23 head that's been sitting for multiple years in the cargo area of my stored 245. It is of unknown quality/condition, though with 155K on it I do not consider it scrap. I can go to the storage place and check it, but I'd like to know what I should look for on it?
