You did not mention the tranny mount. Has it been inspected along with the motor mounts? Without knowing the history of the car, a bent or unbalanced drive shaft could also be a factor. Only a complete inspection of the drive line by a qualified mechanic can determine the exact cause and it might be worth an hours labor to have the car put on a lift and inspected before you spend a bunch of money replacing parts that may not fix the problem.
