B20 cam and tappet test

I did a google search looking for alternatives to the standard
mahle pistons for a B20/B30, and found this wacky page:

where among their various certifications and tests that they pass,
they pass the

Volvo B20 cam and tappet test. Are these motors that well known for
wiping out their cams that there is a specific test for this??
