The B21/23/230 engines tilt to the side slightly, so at a minimum a different bell housing is required. Swapping out the entire engine/clutch/tranny combination might be simpler, but then the trans tunnel may need reworking. I don't know.

I'm sure that what you're proposing has been done before, but souping-up a B20 may be a much more practical way to get to more HP's.
