I've been transformed from mild mannered Clark Kent type who didn't even
know how to change his own oil to Super Shade Tree Mechanic Man!!!!
Actually I just wanted to thank the people that gave me encouragement about changing out my radiator on my 1990 240 sedan. I bought the Nissens heavy
duty three row all metal from RPRUSA on eBay for 159, and installed it today
with all new hoses . I now no longer have an overheating
situation in heavy stop and go traffic, and the car actually runs cooler than
it used to, plus I SAVED 300 DOLLARS!!!!! from the quote I receive from the
independent Volvo shop I usually use. The a/c compressor quit making that funny moaning noise too, I guess that is a bonus! Anyway, thanks to all
this has been a great experience for me. HT
