this will be brief. replaced the timing belt yesterday, took all the necessary covers, pulleys, etc off to get at the water pump. took it off, scraped and cleaned the mating surface. only problem is, now that i try to puyt it back on, i can't get the bolt holes to line up! it's on the studs that come out of the bloack, and those holes have some slop to them. does anyone know the correct combination of twisting/pulling/beating that's needed to get this thing to connect properly? also any tricks i might need?
