Engine Oil Cooler Seal Replacement 700

It looks as though I have an oil leak around the oil cooler housing on my 89' 740T with 222K miles. Has anyone had any experience changing out the O-ring seals ? How difficult a job is it and do I need any special tools? Thanks in advance for your help.
