?refrigerants new or suspect?

is it fantasy or real,no need to retrofit!!
Having recently bought some R134 from the US back into Canada(not sold to general public) and made my brothers S70 cool by charging one can,tempted to charge my old 740 with the above panacea refrigerants.Any experience?New names for same old,Envirosafe,Freeze 12,Glacier Gold?
