Amazon braking shaking 120-130 1963

My 2-door amazon, fully restored, sometimes shakes/vibrates in the front-area (also drums) when I push the brake pedal hard. Could it be due to the brake adjustment? Maybe this can happen when the brakes are set too loose (lower part) and the brakecylinder (upper part) is mainly pushing in the top area instead of the maximum brake shoe surface (lower part included)? Linings and drums are ok by the way.
