740ti Balancer Sliped or on Wrong? + unexplained vibration

Not touching anywhere, not even close. thanx and I will double check but there is a lot of room all around and I've tried a couple different hanger types ... actually the oldest ones which are a little softer seem to have the least vibration of all ... one thing I did note is behind the first muffler the pipes are welded rather then clamped. If the manifold to motor support doesn't help then I,m probally goning to drop the whole exhaust and replace it with one from a parts car I have, maybe they welded the joint a little out of wack but all seems to hang where it out to... I do have to put my knee under first muffler to get the hangers on it so maybe there is to much downward tension on the pipe.
