Black light Test Again -I need input please 700 1987

The compressor should start when you jump the pressure switch wiring conector. If not, check for voltage at 1terminals with engine running and A/C on. If you have voltage at 1 terminal, then there is a wiring problem between the pressure switch and the compressor. If no voltage, there is a problem with wiring/switch/fuse/relay. Also make sure the compressor ground wire is intact and sound.
