Is this a B 230, not 23? If it is a 230, a machine shop can put a return oil hole in the block and tap in an oil supply. This way you can use your turbo also. This is a common conversion where folks cannot find a B230FT block. The distributor hole from the donor block can be blocked off and you can use your regular distributor.

This should preserve your power. Good luck
