Burned relay? 700 1990

Driving on the highway this past HOT w/e, I noticed my turn signals stopped working, the AC was no longer cold, and I couldn't open the power windows! Fortunately, the fan and the sunroof still work, so my 5-year old and I didn't completely bake.

My first thought was fuses, but every one was fine. My next thought is relay...

Any thoughts/advice?
