Irritating Question about an irritation washer problem 900 1993

While installing a 25mm IPD front sway bar on my 940 wagon, I discovered a leak in the washer fluid line. (Wife decided to wash/wipe the rear lid glass.) The 3-way connector, which I think is also a back flow valve, was shooting water out the top and drenching the distributor. (I immediately diagnosed this as a bad thing.) This 940 is a recent acquisition, and the nozzles had been fairly clogged.
Can this be repaired/reset, or is my only choice Volvo Parts for $20? If I sound petty (or sarcastic), I just paid $190 for a temp gauge for my 760, and needed the money to buy lottery tickets so I can afford another brick.

Thanks
