Won't crank sometimes 700 1990

I have a 90 740 with an intermittent cranking problem. I have determined it is not the starter as I can jump start it there. I have replaced the ing. switch, verified that it is not the neutral safety switch. When it first appeared I found some corroded terminals that go to the neutral safety switch and repaired them. The problem went away for awhile (6-8 months) and now is back.
