HELP WITH 2-3-1 FAULT CODE

Fortunately, that's all the codes that I have to deal with, but I am not sure how to go about correcting it. From the instructions in the FAQ, I assume that I need to check the fuel pressure, check for vacuum leaks, and it looks as if there is more to the list, but it has been cut off. Anyone, know where I can get more info on the problems causing the code?
