The City of Milwaukee.
The unclaimed cars get held for city auction. It WOULD be nice if you could bail out someone else's car! I'd bail out a bunch. The Lexuses and Mercedes Benzes bring major money at auction, although obviously far less than retail. Sometimes there is no way of telling if they're runners or not, which is a big risk. I've seen cars come out of there in perfect running order. One LS400 comes to mind, although others as well.
In that pic I'm just parked in the boatyard. It's a boat of unknown ownership, but I can tell you right now it's a Pearson Ensign. I see a J24 back there as well, behind my car. And the tip of a Soling's bow on the left. Trained eye, you know :)
I'd try to find seats in the junkyard, or from a recycler. For a 740/760 I'd say that your chances are very good. If they're leather, a good upholstery shop could fix them, but the used seats would be cheaper by far.
