surging idle and boost guage

Ok guys...this is a new one for me...I put a new (88K) long block in my '91 945 se(turbo) last weekend and it has been running GREAT til yesterday. Started to get progressively rougher and to suge from 500 to 1000 rpm at idle and I just noticed that the boost guage is behaving weird too...it rises as soon as I start the car and rises and falls with the idle????

What the heck?
I sprayed carb cleaner all over looking for vacuum leaks and got NO change???
Got a ck engine light and read a 3-1-1 (sig missing from speedo)
and a 1-2-1 (sig missing from pressure sensor)
and a 2-3-2 (o2 sensor not operating)

HELP!
please...
