Electronic Ignition Conversion

I have a boat with a Volvo Penta AQ120B 4 cylinder engine (1979). It is the same block as a volvo car engine (B20) I believe. It has a points and condenser Bosch ignition and distributor with a cap that screws on (some have clip ons). I do not have the distributer number handy but can get it. Does anyone know of a conversion kit for this distributer? Can i just get an electronic ignition from a newer auto model? Help?
