A basic question: Any recommendations on windshield wipers? 700 1991

I've used Anco brand for a while.

It used to be, I only used Bosch wipers. Then I had the skipping problems, plus I noticed that they're twice the price of most other blades, but only last about six months--the same I get from other brands.

Certain things will keep the wipers from skipping. If you drive in pounding rain all day long, the wipers sometimes skip a little bit from everything being so clean (I think). If you park under trees, the sap can cause problems as well.

I even used Tridon brand before with good results. I have to say I've never had a bad wiper blade, but I am a fanatic about six month blade changes. I also buy headlights in pairs and do other fanatical things like that. It makes me feel better when I have to go on the road somewhere.
