coolant level sensor

Some 760s have this: look underneath the coolant reservoir for the wiring connector into the sensor. If you've got one, test the dash lamp by turning the ignition on to KP-II and looking for the lamp. If it doesn't light up, then it's burned out and has to be replaced. If it does show, then suck coolant out of the reservoir until it's empty, turn on the engine, and look for the lamp. If it does not light up, then you've got a faulty sensor or a wiring harness problem.

If you are missing the sensor entirely, read the FAQ under "cooling system" for complete installation instructions.
