I have a '93 940 Turbo Wagon. I want all the doors to lock & unlock when I use the key on the passenger's side (just like it does on the driver's side).
Could this be accompished by getting an actuator from the driver's side of a junker, and installing it in the passenger door?
Would it require adapting? Would this "hair brained" idea even work?
I know it sounds trival... but I really miss this feature from my Toyota Camry, and my Mercedes. (The MB even unlocks everything when you use the key on the trunk.) Besides, my wife would fall in love with me all over again if I could get this to work on her Volvo.
Thanks in advance for your feedback.
