Bad engine vibration 700

Hey everyone, I noticed yesterday afternoon that my 740 B230F had a slight vibraton at around 1400 - 1500rpm, any higher or lower than that and there would be no vibration. I took it for a drive and it does seem to have the slightest hesitation when accelarating hard, still managed to get up way over the speed limit, but anyways apart from that it is running smoothly. It's done nearly 300000Km and is regularly serviced, (oil, filters, tune) What could be the problem, and what should I look out for???
