Classic Volvos

In Pennsylvania, a car is a classic at 25 IF it is considered "unique" or collectable. A P-1800 would be considered a Classic but I doubt a '77 240 would. Maybe a GT would be. You need to provide photographs of the car to prove it's restored ( or good original ) condition and to show it is unmodified. The classic plates and title are permanent and you are exempt from emmissions testing. However, you are restricted in the miles you can drive. Generally you can drive it in club events, parades, to and from shows and about 2,500 "casual" miles. Liability insurance is very cheap.
