Not in/near Chicago, and I'll tell you why...
There's a crazy old man named Jim Corwin. He has a Volvo-only sales/service facility located on US-12 just on the MI side of the MI/IN border. Well, maybe "facility" is too kind a word. He has a random collection of cars, parts and buildings in that location.
He snatches up any 1/2 way decent Volvo at auctions, from dealer trades, etc. Then he fixes them when he gets to it, marks them up tremendously, and sells them.
This might be swell, except that he's the most disagreeable person I've ever met in the Volvo world. He acts as though he's doing you a major favor even to speak with you.
His place looks like Volvo heaven, but it's actually Volvo hell. If you want to see it some day, take a ride:
Take I-94 eastbound and get off in Michigan City, IN - I think the exit is 34, but anyhow, it's US-421 north. Take that road to the end, and it brings you to the Lake Michigan shore. That's US-12. Turn right. It's only a couple of miles to the MI state line. Once you cross, it's only a few more miles on your right hand side. Easy to spot; just look for the random collection of Volvos. The entire trip should take you under an hour from The Loop; adjust time as necessary depending on your actual location.
If you get out of your car too look, be prepared to deal with him, his almost as crazy wife, or a seemingly innumerable number of children.
Good Luck.
