If there is such, it might be in the 700/900 FAQ section, the 200 is similar enough to make the info useful. HOWEVER, nothing beats a shop manual (other than your own tech) and your Q implies you don't have such, right? Haynes os OK, and you really need the pictures. In this stuff, a picture is worth 1,000 to the 6th power words.

Installation has some gotcha's. I have not done a Volvo clutch, but a clutch is a clutch - pretty much. (1) Replace everything you can, re-face the flywheel, new disc, new pressure plate, new seal, new throwout bearing, new pilot bearing, all of it. (2) Have a tool that will center the clutch disc on the pilot bearing so that the mainshaft splines can slip in and everything fits OK. There is a tool, I just don't know what it's called. I used an old main shaft in the 47 Chevy (4 trannies in three years).

Have a helper around, tranny is heavy. Drain the oil FIRST. DAMHIK.

Look in Classifieds and see if Skip Albright has a Volvo manual that can help. For you the exact year may not be as critical and just having the steps and the pictures.
