Leaking seizing water pump!

C -- if the pump shaft is seizing, then that's gotta be your major problem. However, the green coolant collects where you've depicted it if the gasket seam with the overhanging lip of the cylinder head isn't tight. That's what I was mentioning in an earlier post. Can you see any green drops coming down from 'above'?
