Caliper longevity 200 1990

That mirrors my car exactly!

Left rear is dragging as you described, right seems to be fine.

Guess it's time for a rear brake overall. The pads are shot anyway and the left rotor looks pretty gruesome. Will take advise of others and do preventive maintenance in the future. I've owned the car for only 1 1/2 years so I doubt anything was done prior. Front brakes were new when I bought it though. Just replaced the master cylinder so I know the fluid is good.

I was going to bring it to my mechanic, but since I'm not risking any further damage (I think), I going to give a shot myself. Haven't done a brake job in about 20 years, should be fun....
