B23 made by Peugeot??

Guys,

There is a fellow on the alt.autos.volvo newsgroup (goes by the name of 'Proconsul' I believe) who is claiming that the B23 was made by the same joint venture (Peugeot-Renault-Volvo) that created the B28. Before I spout off and tell this guy he has no idea what he's talking about, I wanted to make sure that *I* know what I'm talking about. ;-)

As far as I know, the b21/b23/230/234 were made by Volvo, period.
