Car starts good from cold ,runs good for about 30 seconds then idle decreases
to almost stall (sometimes stall) then idles up again, then surges up &down till warm.Engine is running very low on power(4000rpm max) seemed like it
was running lean so I pinched the fuel return. It ran great with full power(6500Rpm ,clean ,smooth).I swapped in a known good fuel pressure regulator witch made no change. I have no obvious air leaks. Amm tested ok on other car. My next step will be to swap the injection ECU. Any other ideas or input will be appreciated.
