Timing Belt Change? 700 1991

I find in my cars records that the timing belt was changed @ 45,000 miles and now i'm about @ 95,000... is it time to do the belt?? i know they say ever 60k but can i attempt to sqeak out the extra 5k or should i just go ahead and do it now?
